The company has carved a niche space for itself in t-shirt printing design and has been a preferred choice for numerous online shoppers. However, if you are still dissatisfied with your products and want to make a return or refund request, we advise you to read our “Refund and Returns” policy and guidelines carefully. However, we don’t entertain every return or refund request after the order is confirmed and delivered to the recipient. There are certain conditions and circumstances where we can move ahead with the return or refund request based on a mutually agreed fair resolution among concerned parties.
Before disclosing those specific conditions, our custom tshirt printing company provides a return policy of 7 days only once the product or item is delivered to the customer’s premises. However, before initiating the refund or exchange request, the customer must maintain the original condition of the product, including tags, billing invoices and packaging. In case of the absence of original product packaging, invoice and tags during the return pickup by our courier/shipping partner, the product or item will not be considered for the return or refund process. Similarly, we will not accept used, damaged and dirty products from the customer for exchange or return requests.
However, we accept the exchange, return, or refund process based on the following circumstances as listed below:
- If the package containing the product is damaged or torn.
- If the product is delivered in the wrong colour and size.
- If the product is misplaced or the wrong product item is delivered to the customer.
Once your return and refund request fulfills any of the above conditions, we will arrange for a pickup service from the same address mentioned in the billing details. Further, the customer will be notified and updated about the expected pickup service for return or refund through a SMS or email to the registered phone number and email address.
For any product exchange request, the selected product will be delivered to the customer premises within 10-12 days after the return pickup process is completed.
Guidelines Regarding the Return and Exchange Policy
- The return or exchange policy is valid for 7 days only once your order is delivered.
- If the customer receives the wrong or defective product, we will perform the reverse pickup and bear the shipping charges.
- We recommend that our customers capture a video or photo of the package or item before handing it to our courier or shipping partner.
- We urge our customers to provide their registered WhatsApp number or email address to provide regular product updates and a better online shopping experience.
- The customer should email us at info@jsrcreations.com with the order number, billing invoice, issue and two clear photographs of the product depicting that the delivered product is in bad condition, damaged, or comes in the wrong size or colour. We assure you of a quick resolution of your issue and will respond to your email within 24-48 hours.
- For customers with non-serviceable pin codes, the courier will be self-shipped by the customer and the charges for shipping the package or item will be handled by the customer only. However, in case of a wrong or damaged product, the shipping charges of up to Rs 100 are refundable.
- For self-ship customers, please courier the product or item to the following company address- 950, Sector 10, Pataudi Road, Gurugram, Haryana, PIN- 122001.
- Kindly pack the product or item in a proper condition to avoid damage during transit. Further, ensure that the product remains unused with all the relevant tags, order invoices and packaging.
- To avoid frequent return or exchange requests, we advise our customers to check our size guide or size chart to get a clear idea of their respective sizes.
- The actual colour of the product or the design may vary due to the low screen resolution of the customer’s device, poor lighting at home or differences in fabric quality.
- For any discrepancies and issues related to the delivery or shipping services, we urge our customers to contact us within 48 hours once the order has been marked as delivered or completed.
Refund Policy
Before initiating any refund request, the team of JSR Creations will perform the necessary inspection on your returned product. After this, the customer will be notified about the subsequent arrival of the product and the status of the refund request, whether it is approved or rejected. Once the refund request is accepted, the amount will be processed automatically to your original bank account by the merchant bank within 10-15 days based on their internal verification and transaction process if you have made an online payment for prepaid orders.
If you have used a gift card, refund coupon or discount coupon along with the online payment for the order, the gift card or discount coupon equivalent to the earlier value will be credited back to your respective user account on our JSR Creations website. Further, the remaining amount will be credited back to your original bank account within 10-15 days.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) customers, a coupon code for the same order value will be sent to your registered email address and contact number via SMS within 48 hours of finally receiving and inspecting the product or item. The same coupon code can be redeemed and used on our JSR Creations website for future orders within six months only.
Cancellation Policy
The customer can make an order cancellation request within 24 hours once the order has been placed on our JSR Creations website. If the order has been shipped to the customer’s premises, the cancellation request will not be entertained in any manner. However, the customer can place a return or refund request within 7 days if the product is delivered in bad condition, the product is damaged and the wrong product colour or size is sent. Further, we at JSR Creations reserve all the rights and permissions to accept or reject any refund/return request due to missing order details, stock unavailability, damaged/missing product tags and packaging.
